Aim
Creating such a platform that will be integrated with thousands of external systems and will improve the process of submitting, granting and settling social benefits, as well as exclude the possibility of granting a benefit to a person who should not receive it.
Description
The Emp@tia portal serves 3 million users. It is addressed in particular to persons and families seeking state aid and employees of institutions providing this assistance. The system is integrated with the domains of the Social Insurance Institution, banks, the Ministry of Finance, city offices, parishes, and poviat offices.
Challenge
Creating in a very short time a new module for handling childcare benefits from the "Rodzina 500+" program enabling the submission of an application for payment of the benefit in the most convenient way for the citizen: via the platform, electronic banking or in person at the appropriate office.
