What’s new?

It seems unbelievable, but it’s been fifth week since we’ve been working remotely. Exactly on 16th March we all stayed at home and the company deserted. We didn’t know how long our isolation would last. Probably not many of us expected it to take so long. From a thirty-day perspective, we can say that as an organization, we fight the coronavirus successfully.

What happened in that time?

First of all, we have achieved two great successes, signing contracts with the Municipal Road Authority in Warsaw and the Public Procurement Office. These contracts gave us wings and allowed us to calm down and make sure that the company’s situation will be stable.

What is particularly important to us? We remain with the same team on the board. Observing what is happening in the country and in the world, we consider it to be the greatest success. The fact that we can meet in the same group is encouraging and many of us have even more convinced us that choosing SOFTIQ, we chose well.

Pleasure? We still make them for ourselves. They may not be as spectacular as a birthday cake or an engineering celebration, but they are cool. We learned about ourselves things that we might never have talked about (e.g. we know who trains laying Rubik’s cube and we saw how our colleagues work at home. In some cases, we were really amazed :)). Although each of us is in a different place and every day we “meet” as part of teams, our CEOs make sure to keep us informed what is happening and how the situation looks like. It’s really a lot.

What’s next? We develop, analyze, design and place offer. We fight. We are healthy and full of hope that soon we will meet “alive” and everything that is happening now will be only a memory.
