What was the business need?
The client needed technical support and maintenance of the ePFRON2 system for a period of 36 months. In addition, we support the client in modifications and development of this software.

What was the challenge?
The biggest challenge was to rewrite the Operator Console – a tool used by PFRON employees in their daily work. The challenge was to conduct an analysis of the client’s needs and implement changes to the tool.
What was the solution?
The e-PFRON2 system is used for the submission of declarations and information in the form of an electronic document by Employers obliged to make payments or exempted from payments to the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON). All operations are performed in an application located on PFRON servers, which can be accessed via a web browser. Documents are generated and stored on the e-PFRON2 system server.
The solution is addressed to Employers obliged to make payments or exempted from payments to the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON).
The e-PFRON2 system allows:
- Logging into the system via the National Node (login.gov.pl).
- Creating declarations and information in accordance with the applicable legal acts.
- Importing INF-U documents prepared in systems other than e-PFRON2.
- Submission of documents in electronic form.
- Signing documents with electronic signatures, including qualified signatures signature and signature confirmed by a trusted profile.
- Generating data for online payments processed through the Paybynet.
- Receiving and sending messages between the Employer and PFRON.
- Recording and reviewing operations performed in the system.
The e-PFRON2 system, depending on changes in legislation or user needs, is successively
updated and developed.
