What was the business need?

  1. Automate verification of each brand’s ability to trade on Amazon – eliminating manual verification that a product can be sold on Amazon.
  2. Automating verification of product popularity on different marketplaces – facilitating analysis of product demand and interest across multiple online marketplaces.
  3. Comparing product prices across platforms – streamlining the process of monitoring price competitiveness.
  4. Optimising the sales pricing process on Amazon – integrating and analysing data from multiple systems to efficiently set sales prices.

What was the challenge?

A major challenge in the project is the process of requirements analysis for the described solution, resulting from the client’s lack of knowledge and competence in the software development process. To overcome this challenge, we work with the client, teaching them the principles of working in this area and organising event storming workshops to analyse their requirements in detail.

What was the solution?

Using the example of the implementation of the AI module for the automatic processing and analysis of offers, we can see that it has significantly improved the work of the analysis department. The integration of this module with the Information Management System (IMS) provides direct access to purchasing and warehouse data, which further increases process efficiency and facilitates operational decision-making.

Agile SCRUM methodology – business value agreed and delivered on a monthly basis.

A dozen groups of tasks were proposed for implementation, including:

  1. AI tool for bid analysis – automated bid processing and analysis
  2. AI tool for customer communication – automation of customer communication through mailing campaign management systems, integrated with modules in the CMS
  3. Data visualisation and report generation tool – advanced business data analysis tools to generate detailed reports
  4. Amazon Data Analytics Tool – enables dynamic pricing and effective analysis of sales data
  5. Central data repository – the foundation for all SZI operations

What did the client get?

1. The implementation of an AI module for the automatic processing and analysis of offers significantly improves the work of the analysis department. Integration of this module with the SZI enables direct access to purchasing and stock data

2. The automation of communication with customers through email campaign management systems, integrated with modules in the SZI, allows for improved communication, more efficient customer offers and more effective and personalised sales, taking into account language and geographical differences

3. The data visualisation and report generation module offers advanced tools for analysing business data, enabling the generation of detailed reports. As a result, business decisions can be made on the basis of solid analytical data and precise reports.

4. For the e-commerce department, an Amazon data analytics tool has been introduced, enabling dynamic pricing and effective analysis of sales data. The Amazon Data Analytics Tool will solve the problems of managing sales on e-commerce platforms, including the time-consuming process of calculating and updating prices on Amazon, using an Excel calculator and double-checking prices

5. The nucleus of the system is the Central Data Repository, which is the foundation for all operations carried out in the CMS. This repository provides a single, central source of information for all system modules, ensuring that data is consistent and up-to-date. Integrated connections between the different modules allow for a seamless flow of information and ensure that all operations are based on
consistent and reliable data.
