When we planned various types of events at the beginning of the year, we did not expect how important July 1st would turn out to be. Meanwhile, today, after more than three months, we are re-opening the door of our company. Of course, we will not meet there all at the same time, we will not eat dinner together and we will not laugh in the kitchen over a shared coffee, because for safety reasons we cannot do it, but it is just a step forward.

Conversations with our employees showed that a significant part of our team would like to be able to come to work at least 2-3 times a week and these opinions could not be ignored that is why for few weeks, we have been preparing for this day by analysing the regulations, orders and restrictions related to working in the office. We prepared ourselves for every eventuality, we wrote down procedures that will allow us to stay safe.

It is still not the same. We still will not meet with all colleagues. However, it is already some substitute for normalcy. The flexibility we got from our superiors when it comes to coming to the company allows us to make decisions about coming to the office on an ongoing basis.
