OSAT is an association of travel agencies that organize tours for their clients.
What was the business need?
The client needed a dedicated solution for the company. We created a system that helps record bookings made at travel agencies by clients, adding new records and storing business information and billing. In addition to the internal web-based application, we created another one for OSAT clients.

What was the challenge?
The biggest challenge was meeting the requirements of the app distribution platforms: AppStore and Play Store. We had to do our best to match our products to the conditions of both stores, which can often be very restrictive.
What was the solution?
The workflow in the app is as follows: a travel agent registers a client and makes a reservation for a trip, and the entire transaction and order history is recorded in the system. The client installs the mobile app, keeps track of the reservation, and collects the documents he or she needs during the trip (including hotel documents, such as terms and conditions). The travel agency on its side, using the web application, can add various users to the system, employees in the travel agency, add and handle client reservations.
