What was the business need?
- Automate verification of each brand’s ability to trade on Amazon – eliminating manual verification that a product can be sold on Amazon.
- Automating verification of product popularity on different marketplaces – facilitating analysis of product demand and interest across multiple online marketplaces.

- Optimising the sales pricing process on Amazon – integrating and analysing data from multiple systems to efficiently set sales prices.

What was the challenge?
A major challenge in the project is the process of requirements analysis for the described solution, resulting from the client’s lack of knowledge and competence in the software development process. To overcome this challenge, we work with the client, teaching them the principles of working in this area and organising event storming workshops to analyse their requirements in detail.
What was the solution?
Using the example of the implementation of the AI module for the automatic processing and analysis of offers, we can see that it has significantly improved the work of the analysis department. The integration of this module with the Information Management System (IMS) provides direct access to purchasing and warehouse data, which further increases process efficiency and facilitates operational decision-making.
